The Wholesome approach…

  • We offer three class types to support strength, cardio, and overall fitness led by our dedicated team of coaches. 1:6 small group coaching provides personalised guidance in a small-group setting. Hybrid is a full-body strength and conditioning workout. Engine focuses on cardio fitness and endurance. All classes are coach-led, scalable, and designed to meet you where you are.

  • Nestled within the beautiful grounds of Beechwood Park, we welcome members from South Wales and beyond to move, train, and celebrate with us as part of a true community. Our flexible monthly memberships give you consistent access to movement sessions, expert guidance, and accountability — all within a supportive, real-life community. Whether you want 2, 3, 4 or 5 sessions a week, there’s a rhythm that works for you.

  • Whether you’re easing back into movement or building strength in a more mindful way, our yoga and Pilates classes offer space to move with intention, reconnect with your body, and build flexibility and resilience over time. Led by our experience and approachable teachers, these sessions are open to all levels and focus on quality of movement and connection to breath.

Non-members are welcome to join classes for £10 per session.

  • A results-driven programme where many of our members start, designed to help you build strength, drop body fat, and feel more confident – without overcomplicating the process. Over six weeks, you’ll get structured training, personalised nutrition guidance, and expert coaching from Natalie, Justin, and Esther.

Includes 3 sessions per week (strength & hybrid), access to yoga or Pilates, weekly check-ins, recipe resources, and progress tracking. Whether you’re easing back in or going all-in, you’ll be supported every step of the way by our team.

  • From outdoor hikes or yoga on the beach, we host events that bring our community together. Open to members and non-members — and a great way to experience what we’re all about.

Bookings are now open for our 2026 Wholesome Wellness Retreat.

Our approach

At Wholesome, our approach to wellness is simple: show up, move with intention, and make it work for your life – not the other way around.

We’re not a traditional gym – and we’re proud of that. Our method blends mindful movement, strength training, and real-life support to help you build a lifestyle that feels good inside and out. No quick fixes. No one-size-fits-all plans.

Instead, we’ll find a rhythm that works for you. We do this through: small group coaching (1:6), hybrid sessions, adaptable nutrition support, wellness classes that celebrate slow, intentional movement, and regular events that prioritise connection and joy – like yoga on the beach, community hikes, and restorative retreats.

At the heart of it all is people. Wholesome isn’t just a community with expert fitness support – it’s a space for connection, accountability, and a sense of shared progress.

Whether you're lifting weights or flowing through yoga, you’ll be supported in a space that values progress over perfection – moving with purpose, intention, and care for every part your body, mind, and soul.

Meet our founder

Hi, I’m Natalie & I’m so glad you’re here.

With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve learned that real wellbeing isn’t about doing more – it’s about finding balance. For me, that means movement that both challenges and supports you, rest that actually restores you, and a mindset that gives you space to grow.

Wholesome is built on that belief.

I’ve always tried to bring both warmth and structure to the way I coach – whether I’m leading a strength session in the gym, guiding outdoor bootcamps in Beechwood Park, or holding space for a slow flow or mindful hike. My goal is to create an environment where you can feel grounded, empowered, nurtured and seen.

Wholesome isn’t just a fitness offering. It’s a connected, supportive community where everyone is met with care and clarity – and encouraged to move in a way that feels right for them.

Join the community

Joining Wholesome isn’t just signing up for a class – it’s starting a journey towards a healthier, more balanced life that fits you.

Every new member begins with a discovery call – a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you’ll get to see all that we’re about. We’ll use that time to learn more about you, your goals, your schedule, and what’s realistic for your lifestyle and budget.

From there, we’ll build a rhythm that works for you, whether that’s 2 or 5 sessions a week – giving you the flexibility to make the most out of your membership – or starting off with our 6-Week Back on Track programme. You’ll get access to our full range of offerings, with the flexibility to build a rhythm that works for you.

And before you commit? You’re welcome to try a free session to get a feel for the space, the energy, and the Wholesome approach.

Don’t just take our word for it…

  • A smiling woman with long red hair, wearing a black dress, standing outdoors with green trees and grass in the background.

I joined Wholesome in November 2024 after my previous gym closed. Since joining I've found community, encouragement, teamwork, challenge and celebration of every win, in and out of the gym. The trainers and teachers are first class. Knowledgeable, passionate and totally invested in your fitness and well being. My own strength and fitness has reached new heights since joining and I feel there is no limit to what I can achieve being part of the Wholesome family.

The whole team at Wholesome are great. I’ve done bootcamps, the 6-week reset and now do small-group personal training and it has all been brilliant. Everyone is so helpful and happy to advise on any aspect of fitness that you want to work on. The sessions are really varied and it is a really great atmosphere to be a part of.

I cannot recommend Wholesome enough. The best thing I did was sign up to a 6-week challenge and stay on as a member. The classes are fantastic, the trainers are wonderful, and they're on-hand to help you with your goals. It’s helped me gain confidence back in myself and fitness abilities – it’s also a lovely community to be part of and I've made some lovely friends.
